The Reckenthal residence offers approximately 140 m² of living space in common, close to all amenities (bus stops, supermarkets, hospital center). It consists of 4 fully furnished and private bedrooms: - 1 bed (double bed for rooms over 13m2) - 1 nightstand with bedside lamp - 1 double duvet (4 seasons) - 2 pillows (3 for beds double) - 1 desk with a chair - 1 cupboard (wardrobe and shelves) - 1 storage unit - 1 flat-screen TV In this 17 m² room, all the necessary comfort is provided upon your arrival and for each of our residents: a bed set, bathroom linen (2 bath towels) and an arrival kit (toothbrush, soap, toothpaste). The common areas consist of private garden, fully equipped living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 shower room. Also at your disposal 1 washing machine, 1 iron with its ironing board. Our rates are all inclusive! All charges and once a week cleaning are included.
