These general terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") shall exclusively govern Cosyliving online services , related websites, such as dedicated areas on social networks, in their relationship with Users. Before proceeding to the Site, Users must read these Terms of Use carefully as they are contractually binding.

Client: Any individual or entity registered in the Site and using any Service(s) offered by Cosyliving.
Service(s): Professional services of online booking for rooms in flatshares in Luxembourg, aimed toward Clients. The Services offered are destined to individuals and companies alike.
Site: The website(s) provided by Cosyliving and made available at the following address: http://www.cosyliving.lu and/or any other address that may be added, redirected to, or substituted for the same.
3. PERSONAL DATA
Clients' personal information will be handled pursuant to Luxembourg law of 2 August 2002 on protection of persons with regard to the data processing of personal information, as amended and to Site's Privacy Policy.
Clients shall be solely liable for the use, the security and the confidentiality of their email address and password. The Client has to inform Cosyliving as soon as he notices a misuse of his account or a breach in the security system. Therefore, Cosyliving shall be not held liable for any misappropriation or misuse of Clients's login credentials by third parties.
User verification on the Internet is difficult and we do not assume any responsibility for the confirmation of any identity of Cosyliving's Clients. Notwithstanding the above, for transparency and fraud prevention purposes, and as permitted by applicable laws, we may, but have no obligation to (i) ask our Clients to provide a form of government identification or other information or undertake additional checks designed to help verify the identities or backgrounds of Members, (ii) screen Clients against third party databases or other sources and request reports from service providers, and (iii) where we have sufficient information to identify a Client, obtain reports from public records of criminal convictions or sex offender registrations or an equivalent version of background or registered sex offender checks in your local jurisdiction (if available).

Except where expressly indicated nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into legal relations, including but not limited to contractual obligations.
While Cosyliving take care and every precaution to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date at the time of updating, which shall be carried out from time to time as we see fit, the information on this website is disclosed "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Cosyliving accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused as a result of any information contained on this website.

5. FEEs
Clients shall pay fee for Services via bank transfers . A tailor-made offer will be issued further to a specific request. Cosyliving will charge fees to Clients in consideration for the use of the Cosyiving product and services.
6. Modification of these Terms
Cosyliving reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the web page. If you do not officially disagree with revised Terms , we constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights related to the Site, concepts and Services, tools, content that do not belong to Users, including but not limited to ; texts, graphic or audio-visual creations, software developments (including HTML developments) and other creations, and generally any other intellectual creation that can be protected by Intellectual Property Rights such as pictures, logos, setup, graphical layout, structure, ergonomics, colors codes, typography, fonts, graphical elements of the database, graphical structure of screens, page setup, page footers and broadly the visual identity of the Site, sound elements and/or any trademarks, are, without limitation, the exclusive property of Cosyliving or its associates.
The Site and all of its elements, as well as the Services, are protected by the laws of intellectual property, in particular the Luxembourg law of 18 April 2001 on copyright, neighboring rights and data bases, and the Benelux Convention on intellectual property.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to the use of the Site or Services shall, to the extent permitted by law, be governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the competent courts of the city of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.
